The point arrived as luteal angry clarity: ‘I’m NOT fucking explaining this more than once.’ Especially ‘as a woman in literally any field,’ where contributions get challenged constantly, re-justification is a standing tax. So she built the ‘overly sophisticated provenance machine’ (Claude’s framing of the build as a coping mechanism, owned not disputed) — a typed, gated, cross-linked engine that pays the proof once, up front, in infrastructure, so it never has to be performed on demand again. ‘Better than waiting for these schmucks to expect me to build a time machine and prove myself on reinventing GIS or whatever.’ Overkill-as-self-defense: the elaborateness IS the point, because the thing being defended against is relentless.
