Why AI Is the Wrong Question

The aiaioli intro keeps reaching for a defense of why AI — and the defense is the tell that the question is wrong. She will keep using AI; it has ‘already made an impact on my ideas and presentation.’ So the intellectually honest response isn’t a preamble or a dodge every time the question ‘inevitably comes up’ — it’s the artifact, already built. The site has to exist because building it ‘is easier and more intellectually honest than a whole preamble or dodge.’ The disclaimer is obsolete: ‘we’re so far past the point of an AI disclaimer on an MSc thesis.’ The move is not ‘here is why I used AI’ but ‘obviously I used AI — that isn’t the interesting part — here is the thing I made instead.’ The experiment justifies itself by existing, not by arguing for itself.
