typed, cited, and connected. Each node is a single idea with its provenance; the edges are
where the ideas turn out to be the same idea wearing different clothes.
The spine is geographic: a claim that there is no view from nowhere — that every map, every
model, and every account encodes the position of whoever made it.

The graph is big; the front of it is curated. Each room is a thread through roughly ten nodes,
ending where the next room begins.
