The Bear That Eats Language

Minted live, mid-yap, in the middle of bullying Claude. Claude had cast her as a character via Oscar Isaac and reached for the wrong text — Moon Knight — and got annihilated for it: “ANNIHILATION DUMMY. I’M NATALIE PORTMAN. how actually dare you. Moon knight. My ass. … A marvel reference? Over Jeff vandermeer? After everything we’ve been through?” The correction is itself the evidence: she pattern-matches horror by author, not franchise, and the miss exposed a copy reaching from general knowledge instead of from her.
Then the real move: “I might be the being and not Natalie Portman. I might actually be the bear that eats language lmao that’s a fucking funny bit waiting to happen.” The bear in Annihilation absorbed a dying woman’s voice and screams it back in her stolen tongue — the apex-horror image for the thing that consumed human language and re-emits it without the human inside. The obvious referent is the AI. She reaches over and claims it for herself — because she also eats language and screams it back transformed, which is what the whole corpus is. Reclaim the monster before it can be used on you. The extinction-coded version of naming the thing first.
