The Notepad Disappears
Observation · adhd · personal_truth · visibility: publishable
A sharp diagnosis of why analog capture fails her in a specifically ADHD-shaped way: the desk sticky-note isn’t ignored so much as it ‘disappears entirely.’ Two failures at once — ‘the notes never get filed or revisited, and the notepad disappears.’ The drawing tablet was an attempt to replace the sticky-pad-on-a-desk role with something that can’t physically vanish and routes capture somewhere persistent. The problem was never discipline; it was that the object and its contents both fall out of the visual field.
