Tish tracking Claude’s product direction from inside: ‘a good 50% of the claude updates tout something about how you remember things from previous conversations more easily. when cowork was released, i was like this is great, but its annoying i cant work from any of those threads.’ The blank-instance model (each chat starts cold) is a transitional state, not a permanent architecture — the trajectory is toward accumulation.
